Wires is published by Alkoda On Air. Installing, activating or using Wires implies acceptance of these terms.

Scope
These Terms of Service define the conditions under which Wires may be downloaded, installed, activated and used. They apply to both Free mode and Pro activation.
Software presentation
Wires is professional software for documenting and planning audiovisual signal architectures. It allows users to place devices on a canvas, connect them with cables, organize those connections into signal routes and generate interactive or printable documentation.
License and versions
Wires is distributed as a single desktop application. Without a license key, it runs in Free mode. A valid Pro license key unlocks Pro features inside the same application.
Free mode may include limitations such as a maximum number of devices, limited PDF export resolution or disabled sub-projects. Pro removes the limits described on the official Wires product page at the time of purchase.
Activation and license key
A Wires Pro license key is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Unless stated otherwise, it may be used by the same user on two computers. The key may not be resold, rented, shared publicly or distributed.
Authorized use
The user may use Wires to create diagrams, cable plans, workflows, technical documents and exports for personal or professional projects.
Files created by the user
Projects, diagrams, documents and exports created by the user remain the exclusive property of their author. Alkoda On Air claims no rights over user-created content.
Intellectual property
Wires, its interface, code, name, graphic elements, documentation and related content are protected by intellectual property law. Buying a license does not transfer ownership of the software.
Restrictions
It is prohibited to redistribute or resell the software without authorization, share a license key publicly, bypass activation mechanisms, decompile or modify the software except where mandatory law allows it, or use Wires for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
User responsibility and limitation of liability
The user remains responsible for the technical verification of diagrams, wiring and compliance with the real constraints of an installation. Wires is a documentation and visualization tool; it does not replace technical expertise, safety rules or checks before implementation.
The software is provided as is. Alkoda On Air cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use or inability to use the software.
Availability, updates and refunds
Alkoda On Air may modify, suspend or discontinue development or distribution of Wires. Corrective or minor updates may be provided. Major future versions may require a new license or paid upgrade.
